IM MOBI TECH provides digital advertising agency services, including but not limited to: global user acquisition for short-form drama streaming platforms, AI tool applications marketing, creative production, media account management, and cross-border payment processing solutions for digital content monetization.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. For our short drama content platform services, users under the age of 19 may be restricted from accessing mature-rated content in accordance with local regulations.

3. Account Registration

Certain Services require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

4. Payment and Subscription Terms

Some of our Services involve payments, including advertising service fees, content subscription fees, or in-app purchases. All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our designated payment processors to charge the applicable fees.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
